Il Mobile Suit Gundam Strike Rouge IWSP viene presentato nella serie SEED-MSV e nel romanzo fotografico Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Astray B. Fu originariamente progettato per essere equipaggiato con il P202QX Integrated Weapons Striker Pack (IWSP), che combina le caratteristiche primarie dei pacchetti Striker Aile, Sword e Launcher, consentendo allo Strike Rogue di gestire diverse situazioni di combattimento usando solo un set di equipaggiamento. Garantisce inoltre al mobile suit la capacità di volare nell'atmosfera.
Dato che lo Strike Rouge IWSP non ha un'arma a raggio variabile, può essere equipaggiato con il fucile a raggi standard, se necessario.
Lo Stike Rouge IWSP è stato mostrato in una clip molto breve della prima apertura di Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny e della versione HD Remaster. Non ha fatto nessuna apparizione in entrambe le storie.

The Mobile Suit Gundam Strike Rouge IWSP is featured in the SEED-MSV series and the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Astray B photo novel.
